Elixir is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personally identifiable information from any users, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13.
If you sign up for our email newsletter on elixirgrid.com, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of sending you Elixir updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. We do not share email addresses with third parties.
If you contact us via our support form or by email, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not stored beyond what is necessary to resolve your issue.
